Nine Lessons with Carols is a century-old practice first celebrated at King's College, Cambridge to reflect on the season of Advent. These nine original poems were commissioned by Duquesne University for Advent 2014, as a new celebration of the historical practice. These Lessons explore a dialogue between humanity and its longed-for creator. They mirror the nine months of a pregnancy.
